One good thing about Jamie Oliver is that he makes cooking seem simple. He's an entertainer and keeps his food rustic and unsophisticated.

He's got a very appealing approach in his blog, while experimenting with different comfort foods.

One area where the Jamie Oliver Blog could do better is experiment on Modern Cuisine as well, even though that's not his ideology.
